As of 8 am March 19, 2020, the San Patricio County Appraisal District will continue operations, but no longer provide the face-to-face services in the effort to keep everyone as healthy as possible. SPCAD, till further notice, will only provide the following services listed below:
Drop off at Office:
We have provided a drop off area in the foyer between the hours 8 am to 5 pm. Pens, paper, envelopes and bins will be available to keep your information confidential and in order.
Staff will still be available to take your call at 361-364-5402 between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Due to the increase of calls, you may be asked to leave your name, number and a brief explanation of services needed. We will call you back as soon as possible. Return calls may continue after office hours so be sure to leave a daytime number and an after hours number, if different.

TEXAS BUSINESSES MUST FILE PROPERTY TAX RENDITIONS EACH YEAR.
THE DEADLINE TO FILE BUSINESS PERSONAL PROPERTY RENDITIONS IS
EXTENDED TO MAY 15, 2020
NORMALLY, THE DEADLINE FOR TEXAS BUSINESSES TO FILE A RENDITION IS APRIL 15 OF EACH YEAR, AND UPON WRITTEN REQUEST BY THE PROPERTY OWNER, THE DEADLINE IS EXTENDED TO MAY 15.
DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION REGARDING THE COVID-19 VIRUS, THE REQUIREMENT TO FILE A WRITTEN REQUEST IS WAIVED, AND THE DEADLINE FOR FILING 2020 RENDITIONS IS NOW EXTENDED TO MAY 15 WITHOUT THE NEED TO SUBMIT A WRITTEN REQUEST.
YOU MAY FILE YOUR RENDITION ELECTRONICALLY BY ATTACHING A COMPLETED RENDITION FORM
TO US AT : firstname.lastname@example.org. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR THE 2020 TAX YEAR.
Deadline For Filing Protests For 2020 :
Not later than May 15 or the 30th day after the date that notice to the property owner was delivered to the property owner as provided by Section 25.19, whichever is later.
