The San Patricio County Appraisal District
Is seeking to hire an Appraiser
To conduct appraisals for the District. This individual will perform appraisal work on assigned residential, commercial, rural, industrial and personal property to include inspection and data collection. Course attendance is required and will be provided by the District. The individual will represent the District
in the informal and formal protest hearing process. Training will be provided to the qualified candidate by the District.
Salary is scaled based on state certification designation by the Texas Department of Licensing Regulations. Salary scale ranges from $40,560 (entry level) to $56,232 (level four) per year.
